New Chief Executive Officer Announcement

Dear Community Members,

It is with great pleasure to announce that Dr. Bryan Davey, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LBA has been offered, and accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer with Touchstone Health Services. Dr. Davey’s professional experiences include being an administrator, past certified special education teacher, consultant to schools, businesses, and behavior analytic agencies nationwide, and agency owner.

Dr. Davey’s clinical expertise includes training organizational personnel in the application of behavioral principles and procedures, functional behavior assessments, assessment and treatment of severe and complex behaviors, intervention implementation, and effective teaching practices. Through his professional experiences, he developed a unique understanding insurance companies’ coverage regarding Autism coverage and ABA services.

Since joining Touchstone in September, Dr. Davey has been instrumental in the building and restructuring of Touchstone’s programs and services to better serve those communities in need. This includes the selection of Touchstone as an Autism Spectrum Disorder Center of Excellence by Mercy Care Plan and Mercy Maricopa Integrated Care and acting as Interim Chief Executive Officer over the past several months.
