If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of services provided by Touchstone Health Services, please let us know. Touchstone Health Services are dedicated to providing services quickly, professionally and appropriately. We encourage all our families to talk with their case manager to resolve any concerns. If a family prefers to speak to a supervisor, the case manager will provide that information. If there is a concern that cannot be resolved at that point, please contact our Compliance Department through www.ethicspoint.com.
