Request for Proposal

Touchstone Health Services is excited to announce that we have been awarded a 1.3 million dollar grant from the Office of Population Affairs to continue our work in preventing teen pregnancy. With this award, we are releasing a Request for Proposal for an evaluation group to contract for the full 3 years of the grant. Please see the RFP for more information!
